RentalsPit is built as a trust infrastructure that enables market participants to interact without centralized control. The platform does not participate in transactions and does not act as an intermediary.
Trust emerges from structure, transparency, and equal rules for all participants.

It consists of three core elements:

Clear professional identity of participants.

Each profile includes structured information about:

• participant type
• geographic coverage
• portfolio size and structure
• external platforms and reputation (where available)

The platform does not assign internal ratings - participants are evaluated based on visible data.

Governance

Neutral rules without interference in transactions.

The platform:

• does not participate in negotiations
• does not control transactions
• does not manage financial flows

All participants operate under equal conditions without opaque algorithms or paid visibility. Decision-making always remains with the user.

Transparency

Structured and comparable interaction.

All proposals follow a unified format, allowing users to:

• compare property managers directly
• understand cooperation terms
• clearly see commission structures

Decisions are made based on comparable information, not platform-driven prioritization.
